Order Production & Lead Time

ILLTOCHILL is a print-on-demand brand. Every item is made after you order, which is why production takes 2–7 business days before the package even leaves the fulfillment partner.

Standard Shipping

Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within the windows below. Tracking is emailed when the carrier picks up the package.

• USA: 2–7 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping = 5–13 business days total
• Canada: 2–7 business days production + 5–9 business days shipping = 7–16 business days total
• UK / EU / IE: 2–7 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping = 5–14 business days total
• Mexico: 2–7 business days production + 4–8 business days shipping = 6–15 business days total
• Other International: 2–7 business days production + 5–14 business days shipping

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We offer free shipping on apparel orders over $50 to the USA. Other rates are itemized in your cart before purchase.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Once your package leaves the carrier facility, transit delays caused by weather, customs holds, or postal disruptions are out of our hands. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at amaan@illtochill.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Customs & Import Charges (international)

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties or import VAT may be charged on delivery and are paid by the recipient. These charges are non-refundable and not collected by ILLTOCHILL at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact amaan@illtochill.com within 30 days of the shipping date with your order number and (for damage) a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund per our return policy.
