Agreement

By placing an order or browsing illtochill.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or create an account. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products

ILLTOCHILL sells print-on-demand apparel, accessories, and home goods themed around mental and chronic-health awareness. Every item is produced after order. Color, fit, and print may vary slightly from product photography due to dye lots and screen calibration.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout (USD by default). Pricing may change at any time without notice; orders already placed honor the price at the time of purchase. Payment is charged at checkout via Shop Pay, Stripe, or PayPal.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, regions, and rates are described in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Both policies are linked in the storefront footer.

Intellectual Property

All designs, slogans, illustrations, and brand marks on illtochill.com are the property of ILLTOCHILL and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative products without written permission. Personal use of purchased products is fine.

User-Generated Content

If you tag ILLTOCHILL in social posts or send testimonials, you grant ILLTOCHILL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost the content with attribution. You can revoke this license by emailing amaan@illtochill.com.

Prohibited Use

Do not use the site to: violate laws, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Limitation of Liability

ILLTOCHILL is liable only for the amount paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or emotional distress, except where local law prohibits such limitation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ILLTOCHILL against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the federal or state courts of New York County, NY, unless your local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
